Sue is the proud owner of A Better Balance.
Sue is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 36 years of nursing experience with 14 years focused on Functional Medicine.
She is experienced in family practice and integrative medicine, including bio-identical hormones, thyroid hormone, auto-immune disease, weight loss, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia management. Sue has a personal history of auto-immune disease herself, so she closely relates with patients managing long term concerns.
Sue graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, TX.
Sue is a proud mother and wife. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys gardening, reading, traveling and hiking at state parks.
Brooke is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of nursing experience. Brooke has primarily worked in the field of Women’s Health with a specific emphasis on Labor & Delivery.
Brooke graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University in Waco, TX and a Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Arlington in Arlington, TX.
Brooke has a personal history of Lyme Disease that was treated by a Functional Medicine practitioner, so she empathizes with patients struggling with chronic health conditions. She understands the importance of a holistic approach to health and is passionate about working with patients to optimize their health goals.
Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, reading, and is active in a local Christian community. She is very excited to continue her career with Sue at A Better Balance.
Stacia is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of nursing experience with a focus on endocrine and fertility issues. She has a special interest in hormone regulation, PCOS, infertility, preconception care and gut health. She has a passion for making women feel their best by optimizing their bodies’ function through lifestyle, nutrition, and functional practices.
Stacia holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Kansas State University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She is a Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) and has a passion for getting to the root cause of women’s health related issues.
While in school for her advanced degree, Stacia had a child that suffered from severe allergies, eczema, and digestive issues. After turning to many conventional approaches to help heal her daughter, she found functional medicine. It changed the trajectory and outcome of not only her daughter’s life but also her career path. Stacia sought training through the Institute of Functional Medicine and is currently undergoing certification to become an Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP). She is also furthering her integrative nutrition knowledge through a certification at the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy (IFNA).
Stacia resides in Frisco, TX with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, golfing, and traveling. She is so excited to continue her career with Sue Miller at A Better Balance.
Jenna Harrison is our delightful Patient Care Supervisor. She has been a MA for about 16 years. She started out in Sleep Medicine, but due to her own health journey she became more interested in homeopathic medicine, which then led her to Sue Miller. She has worked alongside Sue for several years and is beyond excited to start this new jo

Jenna has a lovely daughter and two out going little boys. On her free time she enjoys baking with her daughter, out door activities with her boys and traveling with her family.
Edwin is our Business Administrator for ABB. He began managing medical practices in 2012. He is passionate about helping providers improve and grow so that more people can have access to better healthcare. Edwin graduated from University of Texas at Dallas with a Masters in Executive Healthcare Leadership and Management. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
Tondie has been in the Medical Field since 2007. She is a NRCMA (national registered certified medical assistant). Tondie left Baylor Scott and White after almost 12 years. Tondie is passionate about helping people. She is always willing to help figure out any issues and coming up with a better solution. Tondie is a mother to 2 beautiful girls. They keep her busy with their cheerleader and sports. In her free time she loves to craft especially considering that glitter is her favorite color.
